We had a great time at this Village condo. Easy checkin and great communication from the owner Greg. Super comfortable and perfectly located for access to restaurants and the gondola to Canyon. I highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this unit. We have stayed at The Village many times and were happy with the location of this unit overlooking the spa and pool. We even had a view of the mountain to check out the weather conditions. The kitchen was stocked with all cooking necessities, there were plenty of towels for our family of 4 and humidifiers in all rooms. Easy check-in and check-out process. We will be back in the future...hopefully when the snow is a little better! One trick we learned, use the stairs to go down if you don't want to wait for the elevators as they are pretty slow.

Greg and Lisa are very attentive hosts. Their condo is in a great location in Mammoth village and has all what you need for a stay, whether you want to enjoy the outdoors or relax by the fireplace. The condo is very comfortable and has everything you need to feel at home (board games, cookbooks...). Thanks for letting us stay and we hope to be able to come back in the future.

We decided to stay in The Village since we didn't want to cook on this trip. The condo was great, fully stocked kitchen, loved that they had humidifiers and easy access to restaurants etc. The only downside was that it was VERY noisy in the evening. We were not able to sleep with the windows open as there were lots of people talking loudly outside and it appears the restaurants have some storage area right outside the unit that they use late at night. Most likely much quieter in the winter months when people aren't hanging out in the courtyard.

I way over packed thinking it would be like the other rooms we have rented when booking directly with front desk at the village. This condo had large bottles of body soap/shampoo/conditioner in both bathrooms. A fully stocked kitchen including salt/pepper/ seasoning/sugar/ coffee and tea. It even had a bottle of maple syrup/ and condiments. LOL we laughed at the pair of crutches in the hall closet. Its everything we could want and more.

We had a great time in Mammoth Mtn and the condo location, mtn access, good restaurants, massage, and bars were nearby and convenient.
The condo worked well for 4 adults - two couples. Overall, a very good experience.

The location is perfect and has everything you need. We parked the car in the garage upon arrival and never had to leave.
You are steps away from the gondola in the village which is ready too carry you up the mountain.
The condo is well equipped with everything you will need. It was clean, check in was super easy. Greg is available for any questions or concerns.

Best stay we've ever had in Mammoth. We came in mid-December for a week to work and ski.
Check-in was easy. The garage doors are left open (during our stay, they were never closed), so anyone can drive in. The security comes in getting into the elevator lobby that need an access card. We buzzed the front desk per the check-in instructions and they opened the door remotely. No problem.
What could have been easier was getting our stuff into the condo. We didn't know this, but we could have gotten a luggage cart from the Village Lodge part of the complex (this unit is in Lincoln House, they share the same garage). I did this the day we checked out by calling the Lodge front desk. They let me take a luggage cart by leaving my driver's license with them, which was great!
The condo was very clean, the kitchen well stocked. The living room was small and cozy, the master bedroom was spacious with its own TV and bathroom. The 2nd bedroom was small but cozy, with easy access to the other full bathroom. This unit faces the inner courtyard with huge windows and a balcony.
The wifi was great and served both our needs for work. I set up in the master bedroom using the small corner desk, my partner set up at the kitchen table. If I closed the bedroom door, we didn't disturb each other while on calls at the same time.
The ski in/out access was phenomenal. The unit came with a ski locker on the first floor. From there, it was a short walk to the Village Gondola. It starts at 8 am, free, and runs until the ski hill closes. When I was done skiing for the day, I didn't have to wait for my partner, I could head back to the condo anytime.
As for the hot tub, it's directly accessible via the gym on the first floor and was wonderfully hot. As for robes, they weren't provided in the unit as stated in the check-in instructions, but we could have called the Lodge front desk for one (as shared by others).
We walked to the Village several times for treats and ate at the Smokeyard BBQ restaurant one night, which was very good. All in all, it was an excellent vacation.
Note, during the week, this wasn't much of a problem, but noise from the inner courtyard can be loud. By the time we left, more people were arriving, and the courtyard was getting noisier. Though quiet time starts at 10 pm, there were people throwing snowballs at each other at 10:40, shouting and giggling. This was pretty loud in the unit. I turned on my white noise app and was able to fall asleep.

Check in was a breeze with very detailed instructions; it likely helped that we have stayed in the village before.
The condo was spotless and very clean. We were happy to find spices, cooking oil, and a well stocked kitchen. We love to cook and all the necessities were on hand.
Awesome view of pool and Lincoln mountain in the distance. Was wonderful sitting by the fire and watching the snow pile up outside. So close to the village gondola. Easy everything!

Fantastic Hub for Summer Activities
We booked Greg and Lisa’s condo at The Village. The condo was well-appointed and had virtually everything we needed for a full week of fun! Highly recommend!

The kids loved having their own bedroom (they usually sleep on pull-out couch beds)! The view of the pool/fire/pond area was great. Only negative would be there was no lock on the door to the balcony, but I assume they will fix that (and you’re on the top floor, so no burglars are coming your way up there :-). We had a wonderful time!
