Location, location and location. It is literally a 500 metre walk from the Skogafoss waterfall. Early morning you can have the waterfall to yourself!
The single room is very small which was fine for me but it is worth calling out!

Location, location, location!
Not much. Pretty much perfectly situated for south coast Iceland adventures. 1/2 hour from Vik, 1/2 hour from Seljalndafoss

Very tidy and quiet place, would recommend to everybody!

It was not clear that the room we rented was with shared bathroom. When we realized the host didn’t want to cancel.
The walls are very thing and our room was next to the door entrance so every time someone came in or out we will hear a heavy door slap and that can be late night and very early morning so we didn’t got much sleep.
There was only lamp in one side of the bed.
