Situated in Smith Mountain Lake, this lovely condo for $276 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Enjoy this lovely corner lakefront condo at Mariners Landing. One bedroom has a king-size bed; the other one has a queen. Balcony windows will open fully on Beautiful days. The two-bedroom is a corner unit overlooking beautiful Smith Mountain Lake and has a gorgeous view of the Mountains. The kitchen is complete with a full-size stovetop oven, dishwasher, and a full-size refrigerator, and washer/dryer sleeps 4. Condos stocked with dishes, silverware, blender, toaster, coffee maker, and all linens. I have a studio that connects to this condo that will make this a three-bedroom unit. Sleep 7 to 8 guests. Ask for details. You can look up this property with property ID 7862964. This will make it a three-bedroom unit with three bathrooms and two kitchens. Here are my other two property ID numbers that you can look up, 9470336, 2070575. Both are two-bedroom units. Amenities cost (Club Fee) Oct 1, - April 30 $20 a day. May 1 to Sep 30 $30 a day. Amenities include beautiful walking/biking trails, beaches, out side pool, indoor pool, cable, fitness room, Golfing, Day dock-slips, and internet. Boat ramp access is included at no additional cost. Trailer parking and boat dock fees are $50 first night $25 each additional day. Don't feel like cooking? Eat at one of Mariner's delicious restaurants. The Landing Restaurant is the perfect place to to have an upscale dinner using locally sourced ingredients to create chef inspired Peruvian cuisine. Bruno‘s Clubhouse Bistro is the perfect place for lunch, afternoon snacks, or dinner. The menu consists of hand patted burgers and Artisan pizzas with prices that will please both families and friends alike. Golfers enjoy the semi-private 18 hole championship golf course, an original design by the late Robert Trent Jones Sr. Our condo is located at Mile Marker, C6, by Water.

This was for our honeymoon. The condo was just what we needed to get away. Very roomy. Beautiful view of the lake from the enclosed sun porch, (to which windows could be opened to expose entire area). This is a corner condo, so you actually could see the lake from all rooms. Kitchen was stocked with all that we needed. Allison decorated the condo exquisitely; very warm and inviting atmosphere. Communication with Michael was great. They gave great recommendations for restaurants in the area. We were enjoying our stay so much, that we booked another night. My wife and I have already talked about returning in the future.

Great views in this corner unit on SML! Very convenient with no stairs or elevator necessary. The condo is updated, modern and very pleasant. Everything was super-clean! The furniture was comfortable, especially those reclining sofas. Easy communication, easy check in/out and no problems at all.Would definitely recommend and return.

Not only was the owner extremely kind and responsive, but this property is outfitted with the most comfortable of furnishings, including fabulous mattresses, very nice towels, and multiple sitting areas that make relaxing by the lake truly relaxing. The porch view is breathtaking of the lake and mountain. We will certainly return and were not disappointed at all. If we could give 6 stars we would.

This is the nicest condo we’ve stayed at in Mariner’s Landing! Michae was incredibly responsive answering any questions quickly.
The view is spectacular. The king bed is VERY comfortable. Never knew that I liked a reclining sofa until now. The kitchen is nicely equipped. We will 100% make this a top choice the next time we’re planning a trip to SML.

Planned this long weekend at SML to celebrate my partner's Birthday. Did not disappoint. Great location - exceptional facility. Very clean and well appointed. Pictures do not do justice to the actual condo. Hiked the SML State Park (something we enjoy).
Wished there had been a restaurant or two open for dinner, but we made do with groceries purchased nearby and cooking at the condo.
Owner was very attentive and we will definitely return over the summer months.

Couldn't have been more perfect (unless the sun had come out more often). The condo was spotless, the furnishings comfortable and inviting, the bed was very comfortable. The kitchen, although small was very well equipped. The marina was very quite this time of year. Our host gave easy check in and out directions. Hoping we will be able to return again soon. Would highly recommend this condo!

This is a very nice condo. It is clean and comfortable. The couch that reclines is so comfortable. We used the condo to hike in the area. The beds are comfortable and the wifi was good. The owner was great to communicate with.

This condo was perfect for my husband and me. I loved the first floor corner unit. I especially loved the leather recliners after a 8 hour day of fishing. Mike was always available for us when we had any questions. The beds were super comfortable. It was a great week

This was our first time to SML and this condo provided the perfect place to wind down and relax! The 180 views are beautiful of the lake and we especially loved opening the sliding glass door on the lanai to let in fresh mountain air. The host has excellent taste and did an exceptional job decorating, providing comfy furniture, & higher end linens. ❤️ We enjoyed the pool and beach area (for the beach: take beach chairs, umbrella, & beach towels). We were delighted to find a Starbucks onsite (condo has a great flex brew coffee pot / k cup brewer) and SUPERB restaurant - The Landing. Although, we didn’t cook at the condo, it appears to have everything you’d need (except spices). There are walking trails, beautiful golf course, and the best part for me: seeing plenty of beautiful deer! If you’re a boater, the facility appears perfect for you! We highly recommend this unit for a stay at SML.

Great spacious end unit location with a beautiful view of SML! I loved having my coffee overlooking the lake every morning. The unit is in bldg 3 which is the farthest from the pool. We liked it since you didn’t get the pool noise but were still a short walk away. Comfy beds, nice bed linens and towels, and amazing reclining sofas. Appointed more like a home than a guest suite. Mike is also very easy to communicate with and quick to respond. Only suggestion is to add a crock pot but otherwise perfection!
