The breakfast was excellent, as was the dinner buffet. All the services were great, and the food was delicious. The location is excellent, right on the beach, but I didn’t particularly like the surroundings on the road side.
The pool was far too crowded for my liking. I also understand that this is not the staff’s fault but rather the guests’ responsibility; however, in the afternoon, the area around the pool was really dirty. Although there were designated points for leaving glasses, there were glasses everywhere, as well as ice cream leftovers and even diapers. I did not like this at all.
Also, in the evening, when I wanted to sit quietly on the terrace of my room, the air outside had an unpleasant smell. The same unpleasant smell could also be noticed at the reception, near the children’s play area. At first, I thought it was coming from the toilets, but I believe it may have been due to the large number of tourists in the destination and possibly the local infrastructure not being adapted to such a high number of visitors, such as the drainage and sewage system.

The hotel is located in the heart of Playa de Muro. The sea is perfect.
15 min by bus from the old city of Alcudia.
The family room was clean but very small for a family.
The room had a nice balcony with the sea view.
The food was really good but only buffet.
1) The main problem was that you have to get up very early to get a sunbed. If you come to the pool around 11 a m, where will be no sun beds. Not a single one!!!! So, you paid for a nice day on the beach, but you have no sun beds! I do not think it is ok for a vacation hotel(.
2) if you choose HB ( not all inclusive), you will have to pay 5 Euro for water during the dinner despite the fact that water is free inside the hotel. Even for children! ( we had to fill our bottles and bring them with us, as we are a family of 6, and it is not ok to pay 30 euros for water when you have already paid 12 000 euros for your stay.
3) too many babies and little children in the pool and all around. If you want a quiet adult vacation, this hotel is not for you.
