We were originally booked to stay at Sun apart Marmaris, however upon arrival the apartment was unsuitable and with immediate affect we booked to stay at Julian Club for the reminder of our holiday.
Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a pleasant greeting from the reception team, who took their time to explain their policy and to answer any questions we had. As one member of our party had an intolerance to dairy, we were directed to the guest relations team to create a plan for her food options for the duration of the trip, they team were always available to support her if she had any questions relating to ingredients and ensured kitchen staff were made aware of her intolerance too. Keep up the great work.
Our room was located on the second floor overlooking the main bar area. It was spacious, clean and enough space for 2 adults and a child.
There was a wide range of food options available with some authentic food options too, with amazing flavours throughout, It was very tasty. The drinks are unlimited but found the fruit juices very sweet so we always diluted it with water or fizzy. Our favourite was the cherry juice mixed with water, sprite or coke.
The staff were very welcoming, always smiling and engaging in conversation asking about our day, clearing up with efficiency. A huge thank you to Mehmet and Murat for their amazing customer service with a smile and to Beste who took the time to remember our drink options and ensured they were ready with efficiency.
The amusement team are phenomenal! They took their time to engage with everyone from child to adult always making a joke, there was entertainment for the children and adults throughout the day but the games were repetitive. They also invited us to the clubs in the evening which was a lot of fun. A huge thank you to Çay, Oktay and Curly who made us laugh throughout out trip.
The only issue we found was there were never any sun loungers available around the pool side. This is due to people 'reserving' their seats using a towel but never to be seen on the sun loungers throughout the day.

Good variety of food. New dishes on daily basis
Couldn't accommodate having 3 adult single beds in the room.. Was a double and a child single bed..was told to make do as busy 😡. Also the evening entertainment isn't up to standard.
