Room pleasant enough, breakfast good range.

Central location with super helpful and friendly staff. The room was clean, comfortable and had plenty of space for my toddler and doggo to roam around.
The parking is very tight and the lift up to reception/rooms was oit of order however, there was a step free alternative route on foot around the outside.

Very clean rooms and bathrooms, staff really friendly and helpful, left luggage facility before and after checkout was very welcome. Really good location, nice breakfast and overall very decent value for money for a short stay in Birmingham.
Looks a bit grim outside, but that’s not important. In a bit of a rundown area near New St Station and major shopping district, on the edge of Chinatown.

Great location, easy to find with just a 6 minute downhill walk from Birmingham new street station and a 2 minute walk to Birmingham hippodrome which is why we were staying. Room was clean and had everything we needed for our stay.
Beds were hard and very uncomfortable, pillows were very firm. Our room 125 was very cold, the radiator only blew out cold air and not warm.
Don’t bother with the overpriced breakfast, it was inedible. Toast and coffee was good.
