Good Hotel

Staff were pleasant and with the breakfast included in the price it was great value for money!

Location was not brilliant and no parking facilities.

Great location and great value for money

Very comfortable room and bed. Easy quick check in. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Great location. Later check out than usual (12 noon)

Air con not great so woke up warm and couldn't cool the room down. Hairdryer didn't work Ran out of eggs by 9.15am (breakfast finishes at 9.30)

Cheap, clean and enjoyable

For the price I cannot argue. It was a comfortable stay and I have no complaints. Located right by St Pauls tram stop, and a stones throw away from St Pauls Cathedral where you can find nice bars and restaurants, all made it a delightful stay. We did not intend to stay in the hotel much so we wanted to find somewhere cheap and clean. The Hampton was exactly that. The time we did spend in the hotel, we enjoyed and felt comfortable

Everything was great, if I had to find a fault - there wasnt a great variety of pastries at breakfast, but there was plenty of other stuff to choose from which made up for it (cooked meats, eggs, and hashbrowns, fruits, and even waffles).

Wouldn’t be in a rush to stay here again.

Unsafe car parking nearby, breakfast was horrendous on each of the 3 days we were there, quality of food was awful, they were obviously not geared up to provide breakfast when busy and never had sufficient available.

Decent hotel for people visiting the arena

Friendly staff (Samuel especially) breakfast was great and good location for arena. hockley social club is near by and good for a bite to eat and a few drinks

The air con might as well not be there, it didnt do a thing.

Nice and clean but the room is small and windows won’t open, scaffolding covered the views. Can’t really see anything like a room without a window not great in summer. Woke up in the morning with the guys working outside our window. They were a bit noisy

Good hotel for a stay in Birmingham centre.

Location was good. Just around the corner from the Jewellery Quarter and a 15 minute walk into the city centre. The staff were very friendly and helpful, we ate there for the 2 nights we were there and the food was good and reasonably priced. It was also very clean.

Over all in that sample price property was good

Property was cleaned and tidy.

Toilet sleeper were not provided, it was very difficult to go and come with bare feet. Simple one or two bottle of water not provided. Just increase your little price but don’t avoid some basic needs of room.

Très bon accueil, hôtel très bien situé par rapport au centre ville. Petit déjeuner très copieux, les gaufres sont trop grosses et prennent beaucoup de temps à cuire, il faudrait les faire plus petites. Bonne literie

A disappointing end to a good weekend.

The staff were lovely. The hotel was clean.

Don't drive to this location, unfortunately the car we travelled in was stripped down overnight. Bonet removed, windows smashed etc.

Perfectly good.

Variety at breakfast, nice selection. Easy to navigate. Bed was good, room was spacious as was bathroom.

Uncomfortable and disappointing

Our bathroom door was broken and we couldn’t lock it Sofa bed panel was broken and keep fall and hit my wifes foot when sitting on it Our lamp didn’t work Bed was uncomfortable pillows where to soft and bed was poorly made I had to redo sheets etc

Not a lot as had no running water when we checked in and the receptionist forget to mention it to guest upon arrival so couldn’t shower before we went out then the shower had hairs in it extractor fan didn’t work

Excellent value for money, lovely overnight stay.

Quite an unstated hotel due to the location not being the nose desirable. Staff were friendly on arrival with little eggs on offer to customers due to bring Easter. The room was had one double bed and a sofa bed already made up, the bathroom was just lovely. The whole room for the money was fab. The hotel is right next door to a tram stop (which you can't really hear) and a bus stop into the city is across the road, however it takes a into walk into the city centre. I asked about parking and was offered a £30 NCP, but I found one for £5.30 2min walk away. The breakfast was busy but had all the things we wanted. For the price a lovely hotel.stay.

Disappointing.

Room was clean.

Breakfast was very limited, not as good as the Canterbury hotel. Asked for more toilet roll as ran out and wasn’t replaced. Room safe was locked on arrival, staff said on the way and I waited in for an hour so we could leave and told no one on the property could fix it. I had asked for an early check in, wasn’t ready even though we were later arriving. Seemed a bit run down. Room was ok but no window, just a thin slit over the back of the property.

A comfortable stay. Good value for money

- Friendly staff - Good breakfast with reasonable range of selection considering it is included in the room price! - Room was comfortable with comfortable pillows for a good night's sleep. Rooms were quiet and I did not hear other people throughout my stay

- Not located in the best area when walking over from the train station, although Uber is relatively cheap in Birmingham and only takes 5min to get to the hotel - Some parts of the shower could do with a more thorough clean; however, overall cleansiness was acceptable

It was fine I preferred being just outside the main city not far to walk

I liked the location and the breakfast was a good selection

Our room was basic and not the cleanest we found a packet of baby biscuits in the wardrobe which suggest it wasn’t cleaned properly, also we had booked for 4 people and only 3 pillows in the room however after saying they might not have another pillow for us they did find us one in the end.

Da manglende porcelæn om morgen, skulle tit vente på glas, kopper, det var lidt surt, personalet gjort alt for at få det hurtigt vasket op. Der kunne godt være lidt mere pålæg,nutella.

At tv et kunne gå på sin mobil, så men kunne se film på den måde.
