The service is very good, amazing work from all of the staff, on arrival we wanted an upgrade on the room, sadly all rooms have been booked, but if we want, we could move into a nicer much quieter room, the next day, without any charges. Which we did.
We definitely didn’t like the spa facilities, I wouldn’t call it a spa, the whirlpool was out of order for however long, the whole spa is in need of an upgrade. The 3 sun lounger are only there for decoration, you can’t lay on them without hurting yourself, and no other sitting opportunities inside the pool, there are tables and chairs (wooden) outside of the facility but again, they. looked like from a old meeting room put together. The sauna was ok, so was the steam room, again, need some work done.
It didn’t feel relaxing at all, not if you booked the hotel only because of its spa facilities. We don’t have many in the highlands, why not keep them updated, so more Locals will come and enjoying them. I can’t speak for the spa treatments, like massage etc.

Lovely room overlooking the golf course
£3.49 for a bottle of water. Large area of car park reserved for coaches. Sofas were tired and uncomfortable

Fabulous hotel, staff are amazing,
Room 802 had a very smelly bathroom, we switched and it was fine.

Not much. Spacious room
Dirty and noisy (swim training going on!!) just a grubby feel about the whole spa area. Thought I was coming to somewhere special going by the prices they charged😳
