The Glenmoriston is in a lovely location along the River Ness, and we were fortunate to have a beautiful view of the river from our room. The bar was a great spot to relax, with good drinks and friendly, attentive staff, and breakfast each morning was lovely. We stayed in Room 20 in the Windsor suites, which was incredibly spacious, comfortable, and inviting. A wonderful stay in a beautiful setting!

I’ve stayed there many times and as the best hotel in Inverness I wouldn’t consider goofing anywhere else. From start to finish, the reception staff are superb, sorted out my booking that I had got all wrong, quietly and fuss-free. The bar staff and waitering service were always rushed of their feet but always made time to take your order with a smile You didn’t have to wait for food(which is delicious by the way) despite the number of guests inside. Breakfast is delicious with a good quality cooked breakfast, ready to accommodate changes to your choices to ensure everyone enjoyed their food. The bedrooms were spotless, with all the extras you may need, including bottled water and a coffee machine. What a treat. I would say that anyone finding fault with this hotel has wandered into the wrong place

The breakfast was not good. Very disappointing - our French toast was very soggy.
The hotel was run down and for that price, we expected better accommodations. We found the bed very uncomfortable.
