We had a very pleasant stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable and well located, which made it very convenient for exploring the area. Everything was well organised, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
We felt very comfortable during our stay and would happily recommend this hotel to other travellers. Thank you for your hospitality!

Great customer service - going the extra mile. The door was answered quickly and we were welcomed in; check in was friendly and smooth sailing; a nice touch was the availability of a fridge freezer, a microwave, plates and cutlery and the invitation to make use of these during our stay - it was a genuine nice touch which we were not expecting. We were helped with our luggage and shown the room which was recently renovated and had a clean, new bathroom with an excellent, powerful shower with heaps of hot water, a very comfortable bed and loads of power sockets. For a room only stay this place does the job very well.
Sticking to what can be controlled or changed by the host, the common area / reception room downstairs was a little minimal and sparse. This could be made more inviting and homely.

Good location, easy walking distance to Inverness city centre
Pricey but that’s unfortunately always the case in Inverness

Lovely view of HM Prison Inverness
TV was via a poor internet connection so Match of the Day was almost unwatchable.

"The room was huge, clean and the bed was really comfortable. It looked even better than in the pictures. Every day we came back to a spotless room and freshly made bed. There is a picnic table outside..."
