Spotless, comfortable, very friendly, well organised. Very clear friendly and helpful instructions about arrival as I was arriving after normal check in time. Breakfast very good. Short walk from the train station/city centre.

We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t recommend it more highly. Susan gave us such a warm and friendly welcome and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived.
The room was lovely, thoughtfully designed, and exceptionally clean and hygienic—honestly, it was so spotless you could probably lick food off the toilet! The breakfast was excellent.
We’ve already recommended this place to our close friends and will definitely be telling anyone visiting Inverness to stay there. Thank you, Susan, for such a fantastic experience!
