Room was great, bed extremely comfortable and Eleanor who managed the hotel was very welcoming and helpful, always cheery and made sure we were assisted if we needed anything.
Excellent breakfast - go for the full Scottish!
If you have any difficulties with steps, maybe go elsewhere. There are not a lot of steps and all had guardrails but I don’t think there’s an elevator. We had no problems with the steps but it can be an issue for some.

I use the Heathmout when i travel to Inverness as the staff are fantastic persnable and know how to do their job. the location is ideal and you feel that you matter unlike in BIGGER hotels where you are treated as a number . the receptionist in the Morning was exceptional.

It was quiet, clean, and had a very friendly staff.
It doesn’t have a lift, so we had to carry luggage to the fourth floor.

I think property is a great place to stay. But price point, I feel it is way too expensive for what it offers. Although my stay was only for a night, may be it was just me. But I paid less than what I paid here for a 4 star stay one day before for 2 nights.
