Good price, good location, friendly staff
I booked a room without windows as it was cheaper. This felt a bit odd but was well explained beforehand and nice to have a cheaper room for the trade off.

great location, very friendly staff on reception and helpful, I booked a twin apartment, I only used the bedroom but the rest of the apartment was fab with everything you would need. The decor was old and needed some attention but it was very clean and for 125£ for a Saturday night in Liverpool, fab value.

staff were very friendly and it was an easy check in. Beds were very comfortable and duvet was heavy which was great as it was wet and miserable outside. Everything was clean and tidy. The kitchen was well equipt aswell with a nice surprise of teabags and coffee sachets as well.
As my mum was a pensioner it was a slightly uphill and a trek, but it ok.
