The hotel was superb, with a beautiful room, excellent facilities, and lovely surroundings.
Carolina was incredibly welcoming when we arrived late, and Sonja was extremely professional, helpful, and attentive with all our requests. All the staff were polite, friendly, and genuinely accommodating throughout our stay.
We were so impressed with the hotel and the level of service that we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. We would definitely choose this hotel again and would be very happy to return in the future.

The atmosphere was very relaxing and an overall comfortable stay
Service for food was very slow and at times items ordered never showed up. One reception staff was great but the rest not so much. An example amongst others: we asked for breakfast takeaway for our hike and one told us it was not possible for a coffee to takeaway while we had it the day before…multiple towels by the pool also smell like vomit.

Wonderful property . Beautiful and spacious Rooms . The gardens are simply wonderful. A very nice dinner experience at the Oxalis restaurant recommended by Michelin Guide

Lovely room and beautiful location & hotel.
There seems to be relatively few staff and they seem to have to multitask, which can make it difficult to reach someone if you have a specific need.
