Room was spacious, breakfast and dinner had variety of choices, beach was just across the street and there is a direct access to Therme with salty water as well as Sea Spa access in another hotel. Staff was very attentive and nice.
Room furniture is a bit outdated and rooms could use a bit of refurbishment, especially wardrobe area. Air condition in our room was not working properly, even if you put to 18 C, room would still have 25-26 C, but I thought since air condition is central system that I should not report it to reception, but on the check out they told me we should have reported it and they would fix it.

All was very good- location, room was was clean, sea view, breakfast was excellent
Internet- around lobby is fine, but there was no internet in the room. It seams you are connected, but you actually are not… too bad, hotel is excellent.

The thermal swimming pool was a good experience for us. The hotel has additional activities, we had very good 2-hour- cycling tour to the Croatia border by bicycle road. The hotel is located in the center of Portotoz very close to the old town of Piran. In the first day we walked to Piran, the next day we preferred the local bus. The beds were comfortable.
The sea did not seem clean and clear. The visitors can swim by using the stairs, but, it is not a sandy beach, so, it is not good for the families with small childeren.
The chemical used for cleaning were so intensive, it disturbed us too much. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel, but the quality of the food was not good. I do not recommend paying extra for the breakfast and dinner. Another negative commands about the hotel is serving water in the dinner. Although the water quality is perfect and drinkable all around Slovenia, you have to pay 5,10 euro for 1 lt-bottle water. This is an unacceptable service for an high-star and highly priced hotel, please at least serve tap water for the customers who prefer it. You shouldn't force us to pay for the water.!!!!!!! The hotel is overpriced when you think what you get... Parking is very limited on the streets, and secured parking is too expensive... The hotel enterance was full of parked luxury cars and these cars stayed all night, there was no enough space for hotel guests to enter the lobby. You have no right to block my way.
