Great hotel with a good location

The stay was up to the mark! Room was spacious enough by Tokyo standards and service was quick! The hotel is also located in a great neighbourhood with good metro connectivity! Highly recommend it!

Great location, good value.

We are a family of 4, so had to get 2 rooms. Very clean! Great location in Ginza - walkable to tons and easy subway access (main Ginza line is right around the corner, and the Y line, which isn't as useful, but is in the basement). They gave us connecting rooms, which was perfect (king room for parents, twins for the kids). The rooms are small, but super efficient in their space and were comfortable once we got settled in. Could have used some more functional drawers and bedside access to plugs for overnight charging. Staff is super helpful. Breakfast is reasonably priced and good to start the day with - was busy, but we always got a seat right away.

Bathrooms could be updated, but are functional, clean and fine.

Loving it! Our choice for Tokyo!

Love the decor. Well located. Convenience stalls and McDonald’s just 50 steps away. Front desks speak good English and are very helpful. The rooms are quiet and clean.

The set-up of the hotel doesn’t seem to encourage clients to stay or relax in the hotel. Found it no point to return to

Very well positioned in Ginza. Very well managed hotel.

We took a family room for 2 adults and 1 kid. We had 2 single beds that was ok but not as comfortable as expected.

Worst hotel I have stayed in 20 years.

The location of this hotel was good. Recommend not staying at this hotel if headed to Ginza.

This was the worst place that we stayed on our recent trip to Japan in May 2023. The room was old and outdated and had not been cleaned properly. There was large amounts of dust in the room. We almost checked out early and moved to an alternative hotel. Would highly recommend booking a Japanese run hotel next time.

Decent but not suggest for long staying

There are plenty of eateries and shops at surrounding within walking distance

Basic rooms amenities,no comb provided and items replenish based on request if no required room cleaning service

Loved the service. Straightforward and easy to check in and out. Rooms are nice and clean and our privilege room had a Nespresso machine and free mini bar and nice amenities.

Mattress was slightly hard and pillows were a little uncomfortable.

If you're a heavy sleeper, it's quite good.

Nice sized rooms. While a bit outdated, we're still nice. The staff were very friendly, and accommodating. Great for providing recommendations etc.

As a light sleeper, I had to change rooms both nights due to other guest noise. Footsteps reverbed easily, and both nights we woke up to loud thumps and thuds between midnight and 3am. Not the hotels fault persay, they were very helpful in moving us to a quieter room, but frustrating none the less

Exceptional

The staff were great and had my room and a friend's room next to eachother. On my last day, I came down with a bad ear infection and the staff helped me find an English speaking doctor which I appreciated a lot for their efforts. The hotel is very clean and in a great location in Ginza, great value for money.
