I loved how the uniqueness was maintained.
There was a bit of construction and that we needed to go outside the back to access the room.

The location of the hotel was lovely, right on Ludwigstrasse in Partenkirchen. We arrived 15 minutes before our 3pm check in time and our room was not yet ready. We enjoyed complimentary sekt and orange juice while they readied the room in short order. The view from our room was wonderful. We had a corner room with mountain views on both sides of a balcony. Family dog welcomed. Fit our needs for a one night stop-over on our way to Italia. Staff were welcoming and informative.
Parking (limited) was onsite but we parked a couple blocks away in public underground lot for five euros overnight. The hotel restaurant was booked out and we were unable to try it. It seemed to be filled with a bus full of visitors.
