We stayed for two nights with our pet dog, and from the moment we arrived, the experience was wonderful. A special mention goes to Mr. Nebojsa Nikolic, who truly made our stay memorable. When I approached reception for assistance with parking, he immediately offered to help and personally walked me to the parking area, explaining where we could park for free and where the public parking was located.
During check-in, he went above and beyond by welcoming us with champagne and hot towels and even surprising us with a complimentary room upgrade! I had never experienced a room upgrade before, so this was such a lovely surprise. Mr. Nikolic was exceptionally friendly, attentive and genuinely welcoming. He also entertained us with interesting historical facts, which made the interaction even more enjoyable. This is exactly the kind of personal attention and hospitality you hope to receive when staying at a hotel.
The hotel itself has a beautiful, traditional Bavarian charm, with rich furnishings and decorations that give it so much character. The bedroom décor is certainly more traditional and perhaps a little dated, but I actually think it adds to the hotel’s historic atmosphere. The bed linen was fresh, and both the bed and pillows were very comfortable. In contrast, the bathroom was fully renovated and modern, which was a lovely touch.
Our room also had a balcony with a beautiful view of the mountains. The hotel has its own sauna, which guests can use free of charge, although unfortunately, we didn’t have enough time to enjoy it during our stay.
We didn’t book breakfast, but the lady at reception kindly offered us complimentary coffee from the breakfast area, which was another thoughtful gesture. The location is also excellent, within walking distance of everything, with plenty of lovely restaurants and cafés nearby.
Overall, what really sets this hotel apart is its hospitality.
Honestly, there wasn’t anything worth complaining about. The bedroom furnishings are a little dated, but they suit the hotel’s traditional Bavarian character perfectly. We had a wonderful experience overall.

The actual beauty of the hotel is stunning. The location is directly on a street in the old town area which is lovely. The breakfast is a bit pricey but definitely worth it because there aren't many restaurants in the immediate area.
We really didn't experience anything wrong or disappointing with our stay. As I said earlier the breakfast is a bit pricey but it was delicious so all is good.

I love hotels that pay attention to the little details that make your stay comfortable, and this is one of them. A welcome drink, apples, coffee and tea - just a few thoughtful extras they didn’t have to provide, but did. The wellness and sauna area is great, with a lovely view. Breakfast was generous, with plenty of options. The coffee machine was a bit disappointing, so the coffee was too, but the live omelette station and freshly pressed orange juice made up for it. Everyone on the staff was friendly and attentive.

Beautiful room (we stayed in a junior suite), lovely location, right in the historical high street. Really magical area. Nice welcome from the staff on the desk with drinks and help with our bags.
Booked the junior suite specifically because of the spa bath but the water jets didn’t work. By the time we were using the bath late in the evening it was too late to get anyone out to fix it and so we didn’t get to use it.
The food at breakfast was nice but there were a lot of flies about landing on food which didn’t fill us with a lot of confidence about the hygiene so we didn’t eat much.
