Location, staff and the facility design

Parking at the hotel and St parking free of charge. Several different sitting areas for families to hang out, kids to play, adults to have drinks, and quiet reading spots - something for everyone. Breakfast was delicious and had cute serving dishes making the experience all the better.

Great location near the town centre and train station.
The hotel front desk staff were absolutely lovely. They warmly provided great recommendations about the area, including advice on things to do and nice restaurants to patronise. The hotel also sent me a digital GAP card which I could use for discounts for certain activities. Guests can also use the sauna at their nearby partner hotel free of charge. However, please take note that the lockers for the sauna do not have keys so it is not advisable to bring valuables when you visit the sauna.
The room is large and bright. There is no AC but the windows can be opened so it didn't feel hot. I also had a great view of the mountains.
The hotel breakfast that was included was sumptuous. Mountain tap water tasted fresh.
The pillows were too soft and I couldn't get a comfortable sleeping position.
No shampoo was provided, only body wash. I couldn't get a good wash for my hair using the body wash.
The towel hanger is attached to the radiator. The space was too small for hanging clothes and towels.
The hotel has no lift but the front desk staff and housekeepers helped me with my luggage to my room.

Location, off a Main Street. Angela and Roger are a true asset to the hotel. Angela always had a smile on her face, always greeted us and gave us very good tips on the bus service and walking trails. She was one of the best part of our stay and Roger very nicely helped us get extra pillows. Great super staff!
Music needs to be played at the breakfast area. More lighting in room
