The breakfast was excellent, good variety of food. Very good location.
The bedroom and lounge was dark even with all the lights on, also it was very hot , this was resolved as I was given a fan. More information needed ,i wasn’t sure if I had to pay for evening snacks .

The room is beautiful and wide! The hotel design is really really chic.
The staff were very very very professional and nice.
Good shower stream.
Spa is nice!!
Long check in, we waited for at least 30 mins at the checkin.
Parking fee is expensive compared to the average.
Breakfast could be better.
The room was little bit dirty.
Considering the price we expected a little bit more

Near to the center, the balcony had nice mountains view, the bed was so comfortable, the staff was very nice and friendly.

Hotel is very close to Bus and train, also close to city centre. Staff is very friendly.
while place is clean and bathroom big, room is really small for the amount being charged for it.

"The Room was beautiful and we had a balcony as well. The beds are comfy. The Breakfast was good. And our dog was welcome as well in the hotel. The location was near eibsee aslwell by car."
