Honestly one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in years. Lovely rooms, super friendly and helpful staff (able to arrange train tickets to the Brocken etc). Spa is really good with sauna, whirlpool, gym, steam room. Rooms very comfortable and a great location right by the main square. The restaurant was also excellent - ate there twice.
If you’re travelling by train be aware it’s a solid 20 minutes walk from Wernigerode Hbf and that there aren’t always taxis available at the station.
