We were in Vienna for one night and the hotel was perfect. Walking distance to everything we wanted to see and on a quiet street. We had a little trouble with the air conditioning but eventually got it to work. Receptionist who greeted us was lovely.

The staff was very friendly and pleasant.
The bathroom had poor ventilation and an unpleasant smell. The shower cubicle could also have a shelf on the wall to put your toiletries.
