The restaurants and the food were exceptional, the drinks brands were good.
For a family with little kids it was a big complex with relative long distances to go to the pools, playroom, lobby

It has all you need for your family within the premises no need to get out Shouting the great service at the new members with Mr Mairicio and Ms Kati and the drivers Manuel and Thomas from the elite all the way till our checking out helping us

The staff, manager and receptionist at Sunrise, and all the attendants at the stores both Nezuc and The Grand acted like if it was a burden to attend the customers making faces and rolling their eyes not professional and spa at The Grand they all acted like if they had no experience with customers living everyone figuring out what to do next bad experience with them.

The sunrise building is beautiful and the restaurants look very upscale. The food was great for dinner but breakfast was terrible. The bartenders at the swim up bar were absolutely amazing I would go back only for them. Most of the staff we interacted with were nice. I like that they had a gym but get there early if you don’t want to wait for every machine.
The entire place smelt horrible. We couldn’t even open our sliding door to get some fresh air because it smelt awful. The breakfast food was terrible, had absolutely no seasoning on anything at the buffet. The pool was gross, there were green spots floating around the edge of the pool, a couple people threw up in it and it wasn’t cleaned, its been a month since I’ve left moon palace and my hair still stinks from the pool water. The rooms weren’t cleaned properly, there was trash still in the trash can when we arrived and hair products left in the shower.
