They know how to do adult only all inclusive. Clean rooms, and smiling friendly staff. Always looking to make your stay the best. Many daily activities and the food was good. Would definitely stay again. I had a junior swim out suite. I liked the adults only with no kids. The all inclusive meals and drinks were great.
Could use the beach just couldn't swim in ocean due to the seaweed plaguing Cancun area right now. Staff need to include solo travelers more. They always talking to the couples during meal times but not solo travelers. I did have one gentleman talk to me daily during lunch buffet. I'm content on my own but it would have been nice for staff to acknowledge single travelers like they did couples.

The staff was wonderful! Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay amazing.
The seaweed on the beach was thick and smelly making it unusable. There was also construction on both sides of the hotel (not related to Haven so they have no control) but it was noisy at times.

The breakfast buffet was good. The pools were gorgeous. And the staff was very friendly and helpful. Turndown service was excellent.
The rooms smelled of mildew. Most of the alcoholic drinks were not strong enough. Out of their control, but the seaweed on the beach created a bad smell all around the resort.
