food is good, mexican restaurant very bad. other restaurants very good. all employees except for reception very friendly and kind
reception staff. Not trying to help. I got into hotel at 1 pm and ask for a early checking now that is was at 3 pm. Automatic answers from the lady, yes but it cost usd 100,oo. knowing that my room was ready
The beach is very bad. In fact everybody was in the pools that are nice

The breakfast buffet was good. The pools were gorgeous. And the staff was very friendly and helpful. Turndown service was excellent.
The rooms smelled of mildew. Most of the alcoholic drinks were not strong enough. Out of their control, but the seaweed on the beach created a bad smell all around the resort.
