The staff was wonderful
The royalton staff concierge introduced herself, she was actually signing guests up for a high pressured sales presentation. She confirmed our reservations for my daughter’s birthday dinner. When we arrived for dinner… we didn’t have a table and no where to celebrate the reason for the trip. The hot tubs were unusable. Even tho they had available rooms they would not move us to a clean room
