It’s new and the family room we got is wonderful. Super spacious, has everything you need.
We were located at the extreme side of the hotel so we had to walk very long ways to get to the buffet. Due to the design, if you’re located to the edges of the hotel, you have to walk very long to get to the other side.

The size. The restaurants and the luxury
Staff didn’t speak English. Not the same as other Mexico resorts. Not going above and beyond. Still lots of growing pains even thought it’s 3 years old
