The all inclusiveness. My grandkids had a blast, trying to taste everything on the menu.
Guest services were poor. I literally sat on the phone for 30 minutes, waiting for them to answer after I hung up. I went downstairs to guest services and saw both individuals sitting in their chair on their phones.

The location was fantastic. The restaurant choices were good.
One of the ‘vibe’ employees running the beach volleyball game was rude. There were several guests trying to play and she never left the court but made guests step off when there were too many players. We are experienced volleyball players and she’d yell at us if we ‘missed a ball’ after she psyched a block. I wish I would’ve caught her name. She made the beach volleyball game not so fun!
There was a very rude coffee shop employee that claims we ordered a hot coffee although we said iced multiple times. It wasn’t a big deal except she was rude when we asked her to re-make it iced.
The lazy river was only half full of water so it wasn’t really a lazy river but rather a pool shaped like a lazy river.
The check-in process was long and we were taken on a 5 minute walk with 7 kids before we even got to a place that they’d check us in.
The check-out staff member was rude and claimed we weren’t listening to him although we followed his exact unclear directions.
And lastly, the rooms are loud. People screaming int he halls, stair doorways were loud and creaky.
