Helpful staff and good location
The breakfast staff were lovely but needed to anticipate more when orange juice and bacon ran out for example - I had a 20 minute wait.

Lovely comfortable room. Location was fabulous, right next to the Metro station and three minute walk from Rome Termini train station so great transportation options to go virtually anywhere you want to go. The hotel serves an excellent selection of hot & cold breakfast foods beginning at 7 a.m. There is only one small elevator which serves all floors. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. There are several small eateries with excellent and reasonably priced food within a block or two of the hotel. Room A/C worked great.
Really no complaints. I had an early departure time and wished I could have popped in for breakfast or some coffee before 7 a.m. Would have appreciated some decaf coffee options among the selection in the room.

What I liked most about the hotel was its cleanliness and excellent location. The room and common areas were very well maintained, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which made the stay much more comfortable.
The main areas that could be improved are the room size and the breakfast experience. The room felt quite small and cramped, which made it less comfortable, especially for longer stays or with luggage. The breakfast selection was also an area for improvement — the quality of the food and the way it was presented could be enhanced to create a more enjoyable experience for guests.
