Je le recommande pour vos séjours à Rome

Emplacement proche des lieux culturels, chambre très propre et bien équipée. La literie impeccable, nous avons bien dormi. Le petit déjeuner est simple et efficace.

Great location, clean and tidy with friendly staff.

The hotel was in a great central location, easy for seeing all sights and close to travel links. Staff very friendly and helpful, room very clean and tidy.

The rooms had misted glass bathrooms with now real privacy when using facilities. Broken coffee maker reported everyday but not changed or fixed.

Fantástico!

Hotel bem localizado, funcionários extremamente educados e receptivos (o que é difícil em Roma). Quartos extremamente limpos e confortáveis. Chuveiro maravilhoso Funcionária Gabriela organizou previamente nosso Transfer do aeroporto para o hotel e nos recebeu muito bem. Sugiro fazer a reserva do serviço de Transfer.

Not great

I booked this for a short break. Somehow it came up as a hotel. It is not really a traditional hotel. It is a floor in an building with what seems to be offices, there is a small reception cubicle and a lounge. The staff go home at some point in the evening so If you arrive after midnight you have to use a key code to get into the building. I was told they have security patrols every thirty minutes. The lounge is a room with no outside view, just a window with a think blind, and an honesty bar. The room was well decorated but I was very uncomfortable being in an office block, we moved to a different hotel for the remainder of our stay. There are no social spaces other than the lounge where breakfast is also served. I think this is great for those who are happy to stay in a less traditional place or maybe in a larger group travelling together. The staff were lovely and helpful. I was told that it states on the website clearly that it is not staffed 24hrs but I have not been able to find the information. If you want to see Rome and stay in a place with some space and facilities (and staff!) then this would not be a good choice. Seeing as this was advertised as a 4* hotel I was very surprised..

Superb

The staff was amazing, the location was near a lot of restaurants and sites, and the hotel allowed us to keep our bags after checkout time while we waiting for our train. The breakfast in the morning was also great.

Great location and very helpful staff.

We had adjoining double rooms which worked brilliantly for us travelling with our 12 year old son.

There is no natural light coming into the building and all curtains are permanently closed.

Excellent value for money

The whole experience was really good, probably the best hotels I've stayed in the last months. The room was amazing, clean, big and nicely decorated plus the staff were really friendly. Definitely good value for money.

One member of our group was vegetarian and felt a bit uncomfortable with the breakfast because they put the cheese and ham on the same plate. We requested if was possible to have different plates for the next day, but it was the same issue, so that could be improved. Apart from that breakfast was good.

Great hotel!

The staff were very helpful and kind. The location is good with the subway station and bust stops were a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Restaurants and shops were also nearby. The only thing is that the hotel is on a hill so its not ideal for carrying luggage if you're taking the subway to the hotel. Other than that, my stay was wonderful!

Lovely stay in Rome

We had a great stay at the Triviho hotel! When we arrived the lady on reception was very friendly and said our room had been upgraded last minute for free which was amazing. The room was a good size, quiet at night and the beds were super comfy. The breakfast was good (the usual continental with pastries, some fruit, yoghurt, cheese, ham, eggs and hot drinks etc.) and the service from the staff was brilliant. The location is very good - a short walk down the hill towards the Trevi fountain and plenty of restaurants. There are also great bus connections close by to the rest of the city. Overall I would definitely recommend!

The only thing I can say here is that we struggled to find the hotel from the outside as it's a fairly plain door without a sign - but look for the Triviho flag above the building!

Very good

Central location close to metro station and many of the main attractions, very clean room, exceptionally comfortable beds and friendly staff.

Shower was strange, pressure and heat good, but due to way shower constructed was impossible to take shower without soaking bathroom floor. Rooms were very comfortable but if close to reception you can hear people checking in. Breakfast was not great, warm food had been sitting for some time and was cold, we skipped on final 2 days.

Great Central Location

Very good location. We walked from the train station. Walked everywhere from Hotel once we checked in. Staff was very helpful. Rooms were very large. Very Clean.

Nothing to not like - very slow internet however that's not that important.

Small luxurious hotel with great location and services

- We got free upgrade from Deluxe Double room to Superior suite without even asking. Not sure why it happened, we just silently enjoyed it - Room was huge, with great shower/bath. The is smart control for all lights/blinders/air conditioning near the bed, which was very convenient - Breakfast was good and relaxed, breakfast room wasn't too crowded - Reception was very attentive, helped with late check in, luggage storage on check-out, suggested places to visit and eat - Location is very convenient: 15min from train station, good places to eat nearby, no tourists/noize around the hotel but all tourist destinations are within walkable distance

- We got free upgrade from Deluxe Double room to Superior suite, so there isn't much to complain regarding room/service - Pastry for breakfast could have been better. We had much better pastry at cheaper hotels during our stay in Italy

Wonderful Small Luxury Hotel in the Best Location

Loved the location of the hotel where is was away from the crowds but close enough to walk to the tourist places. Loved the staff especially the receptionist who was very kind and helpful. The room was very clean, well worth the price we paid and the facilities were simple but adequate. Breakfast was also good, it had everything we needed to get our day started. The hotel also arranged our rt airport transfers that was very convenient for us.

Wifi in the rooms was slow but still working.
