Amazing breakfast, lots of good stuff for all tastes, no queues even at peak hours and super fast waiting staff. All employees at the hotel are extremely friendly and always help you with a smile
Although the room (212) was very clean, the carpet smelled of cat urine. I didn't ask for a room change as I did not really mind, but this is definitely not what I expect from a 4* hotel. Toiletries included only a shower cap and shoe polish. The worst surprise was maybe the charge I had to pay at check out for requesting a simple kettle in the room, something that is usually there in 4* hotels.
The location was not ideal either if you want to visit the city centre on foot (30 minutes walking). All in all, better pay an extra for a 3* hotel in the heart of Turin and avoid various disappointments.
