Staff were very friendly and helpful.
The room was fine but the hotel is in an old property and not well maintained in places e.g. terrace is weed infested.

Breakfast was basic enough but in keeping with expectation. Parking was minimal but adequate.
Showers are very small.

Nice to be away from the frenzy of the city and located next to the river.
The gentleman who greeted us was delightful, respectful, informative, professional, and allowed us to do an early check-in at 11 am. He placed us in a quiet room overlooking the garden and hill behind he hotel.
We requested a restaurant recommendation, but ended up walking across the bridge to another better restaurant not too far from the hotel. Ristorante Al Gufo Bianco is excellent - we recommend highly.
The gentleman who takes care of early morning watch is rude and loud.
He did not listen to what we tried to explain about the time we wanted to exit the building.
There were blood spots on the wall next to the shower that need to be removed. We were in room 207 or 307 I think.

The staff were really great - they were professional, engaging and helpful.
There are NO facilities at this hotel, none. The breakfast room has a bar but it is not open at all, and there is no food or drink options. It is misleading to rate this hotel as 4 star, it is a 2-3 star hotel with some very good staff.
The location is ok - we had previously stayed in the centre of Turin and this hotel is on a busy road next to the river, but a good 10min walk to either of the bridges to get to restaurants or shops.
The cost is cheaper if booked direct, Booking.com has a higher rate as well as taking their commissions. I really expected more.
