The property was literally on the side on one of the rivers.
Great place to stay, not too far from the stations.
The hosts allowed us to leave our luggage on the premises after the stay, which is perfect if you need to wait for a flight.
Checkin is in a different place than the main stay.

Quiet, clean, big room with comfy bed. Close to the ferry that takes you to Murano and Burano. Staff is very friendly.

It was ok to stay for a couple of days
It wasn't like the Photos at all.
No reception at the place, more than 10 min walking away.
The shower and toilet were too tiny, and even uncomfortable
It said smoking free, but some people were smoking in the small lobby and my room smelled bad due to that.
And no reception at all to prevent that
