Beautiful and well decorated room with AC (marble floors, glass chandelier, comfortable beds, very clean and good size), quiet and convenient location as well - in its immediate area there were some restaurants, a grocery store, and only about 5-7 min walk to Fondamente Nove. But walk 5 minutes in the opposite direction to a busier area with lots of shopping and restaurants.
It’s not a full service hotel (they don’t consider themselves a hotel at all) but that was ok because we didn’t need it to be. There was a coffee maker and mini fridge in the room, and a welcome basket with snacks and coffee.

Host was so nice, room was incredibly clean and comfortable. A/C was wonderful on the hot days/nights, and there were so many lovely decorative details in the room. Mood lighting in the bathroom, Venetian glass chandelier over the bed, screens on the windows to keep mosquitoes out. Excellent and quiet location but super close walking to everything. Wouldn’t even hesitate to stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Venice. At first, we were a little surprised to discover that it was more of a hotel apartment than a traditional hotel, but that quickly turned into a pleasant surprise. The apartment was recently renovated, very clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained.
The location was excellent, with easy access to Venice's main attractions and transportation, making it convenient to explore the city. What really made our stay special was the owner and staff. They were incredibly helpful, responsive, and welcoming throughout our visit, ensuring that everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out.
We truly enjoyed our time here and felt very comfortable during our stay. The combination of a modern, well-kept apartment, a great location, and exceptional hospitality made this a memorable experience. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Venice.
