A fantastic place to stay in a quiet part of Venice. I would highly recommend staying in Cannaregio while in Venice - it’s less touristy than San Polo and San Marco, with fantastic local restaurants and bars.
Alex was very welcoming when I arrived, and gave wonderful suggestions for exploring Venice. The apartment has all comforts required, fitted out with beautiful antique furniture. I will definitely be back if I’m ever in Venice again!!

Very good stay in Venice. The location is convenient and close to the boat terminal, making it easy to travel around.
The room was clean and comfortable, and the host was extremely kind and helpful. He even took the time to help me with a problem from another accommodation booking, which I really appreciated.
Would definitely stay here again!

The location is great, it is well fitted to organize your stay (breakfast, kitchen etc) and it is extremely quiet, a big plus to recharge your batteries in such a city, and there are quite some good restaurants, caffès and bars nearby
Over the weekend there was no cleaning which was troublesome for the bathroom

The location is great, but that is about it.
The place was warm, well heated - it mattered in February!
The whole place was pretty dirty and dusty, the bathroom was questionable at best. The shower curtain smelled horrible and things were falling apart as you were using them (bidet faucet for ex). The kitchen & fridge that you have access to are better off un-accessed. There are 3 rooms within the apartment, and if they’re all occupied with couples (typical for Venice), you’ll be waiting a long time to use the 1bathroom.
