It has a home vibe that I find adorable, the cute cat is a plus.
it's a little far from the center if you walk, but it's ok if you use the vaporetto, a vaporetto stop is really close.

The location was very convenient. Close to transportation from the airport, near grocery stores and some restaurants. The property was by the water which was very pretty. The apartment was roomy and had much storage. The free breakfast was also a pretty great feature and had much variety. Staff was very friendly.
As being so close to the water it could get pretty noisy with passing boats. There was also a lot of bugs that are attracted to the humidity (not harmful just a lot of them). We were able to receive a diffuser for the bugs but it wasn’t very affective. Air conditioning was broken when we arrived which was only compensated with a fan.
