The location was beautiful- centrally located, just 20 minutes walk from the Santa Lucia train station and 15 from San Marco's, but tucked away in a quiet corner away from the most touristy streets. Was grateful to be able to find accommodation for a relatively reasonable price on the last night of the Venice Film Festival. Made my trip possible!
The communication about checking in was a bit confusing, and the staff does not man the front desk super regularly it seems; I had to buzz the front door and reach out over Whats App a few times to be able to enter the property, despite letting them know ahead of time when I would be arriving. The room itself was pretty basic- clean but definitely could have used a paint job/some replacement furniture, but again, not bad at all.

The property was ideally situated for access from Marco Polo (Venice) Airport - you can get a water taxi from the airport which will drop you off approx. 5 minute walk away from the property. The area is quiet, however it is only a short 2/3 minute walk to a busier area with restaurants and shops. The aircon system was good, the room had everything we needed and the bed was large and comfortable. Our bathroom was only shared with one other room so there was no issues. We were able to leave our luggage in the property after checking out.

The pillows and bed were comfy and the aircon was great. The bathroom was very nice and the location is central. The facilities available were very helpful.
It took a while for the hot water to work.

I loved the grand entrance and art exhibit that they had on the second floor. That was a really cool perk!
The location is great. Very close to a street of patios with affordable food and drinks and some of the best shopping I saw in Venice.
It’s only a 15 minute commute on foot from the train station but you cannot take a taxi because it’s Venice!
Room was small and plain and not very inviting.
