The location was great! Safe area close to the main roads and canal but enough distance to avoid the noise. Also close to the F.te Nove Ferry to get to other islands or other parts of Venice. The room was large and clean and our host was very responsive and helpful.
The shared bathrooms were cleaned everyday which was appreciated but still quite inconvenient, but quite common in Venice.

Best thing about this place is its location, just 5min walk from touristic area but in a quiet / local area. And overall it's ok. The room is big, the bathroom is just outside. It's quiet. Does the job.
As many places in Venice, the actual room isn't where the reception is. You'll have to call the reception in advance to make sure someone is here with keys for you. The cleaning could have been done a bit more thoroughly. I guess value for money is to put in perspective with Venice, nothing is good value for money in Venice, but still...

I loved the grand entrance and art exhibit that they had on the second floor. That was a really cool perk!
The location is great. Very close to a street of patios with affordable food and drinks and some of the best shopping I saw in Venice.
It’s only a 15 minute commute on foot from the train station but you cannot take a taxi because it’s Venice!
Room was small and plain and not very inviting.
