The upper floor was a bit difficult to get to

Location, since we wanted to be nearest to the train station. So this was perfect.
I guess not much. But the luggage storage could be a little cleaner the smells its like suffocating.

The location was excellent, the hotel was comfortable, and the staff were very attentive and helpful throughout our stay.
Unfortunately, the air conditioning did not work properly. It was running, but it did not blow cold air, so it was not effective in cooling the room.
