They upgraded our room as we are a previous guest which was nice.
The pool and bar / restaurant on the roof was excellent as ever.
They helped us with taxi to airport and even took our bags to the taxi for us

Wonderful location and very walkable with lots of fantastic restaurants in every direction. We loved coming back to the hotel in the afternoon for a bit of rooftop pool time then shower and rest before heading out again in the evening. The staff were very friendly and the rooftop restaurant was great for drinks and smaller mid-day snacks. The room was very clean and spacious.
The pool itself was a bit smaller than we expected but ended up being just fine. Just had to adjust kids approach to how we "play" in this pool. But it was a great way to cool off.

Arrived at the property and found there was construction work and renovation work in the lobby. Which Booking.Com were unaware of which caused us to have to move Hotel and council the booking in this hotel.. however on the Hotel's website clearly stated according to the Hotel the lobby was on the refurbishment. I blame Booking.Com for having inaccurate information which cost us Dearly
We didn't get the chance to stay in it because we cancelled our reservation and moved to another hotel in another location
$$$$
