Die Lage ist nicht schlecht. Um die Ecke ist die Bushaltestelle , der Bus fährt in die Stadtmitte. Taxi kostet zwischen 8 und 10 Euro.
Hotel ist abgewohnt, die Teppiche im Gang zum Zimmer dreckig, speckig und abgewetzt. Zimmer war soweit okay. Die Vorhänge kaputt und ausgeblichen. Frühstück ist nichts besonderes. Grundsätzlich keine gute Qualität. Der Frühstücksraum wäre eigentlich total schön, wenn hier auch mal renoviert würde. Kaputte und verschmutzte Lampen. Stühle kaputt, durchgesessen ,dann wurden Stuhlhussen drübergezogen, welche inzwischen verschmutzt sind. Die Liste ist noch länger.
Dieses Haus wird ausgebeutet und nichts dafür getan.

Cet hôtel manque d'entretien, moquette à l'étage fatiguée, mobilier usé, de plus très mal insonorisé aussi bien pour la nuisance sonore extérieure qu'interieure.

la ubicación para ir a la sierra está muy bien. También tranvía y autobús para el centro. El personal muy amable.

Clean, good facilities & professional staff. We arrived early & had room to offer us without a wait. Helpful & polite reception staff. Large hotel so facilities are good. Parking is safe, secure & large spaces.
Pool was closed. Outside & now open until June, despite 30 degrees plus each day of our stay. Annoying but hey ho!

Maybe could be in the room heater for water for some tea or coffe.

The check in and check out was very quick. The beds are confortable. The toilet is so surprising.
The shower water pressure was really bad. The decoration is a bit dark.

Very good location, if you're travelling by car. Nice pool: refreshung and beautiful. Comfortable beds. Good conditioning. The hotel has great potential. Cleaning staff was working good and they were nice (only them).
Seems, hotel is trying to overcome hard Covid times, looks rather abandoned. It's clear, that to keep it on a top level, you need to onvset constantly and for that the hotel needs to be in demand. Anyway there are some things, that can be adjusting without much investing: to repair lockers in the rooms, to replace broken trash bins in the bathrooms, to repar fence and the floor near the pool, to add a bit more sunbeds (so people won't lay on the floor), to put clean dishes/glasses for breakfast, etc.
The hotel staff was not nice, unfortunatelly. Rarely paid attention when you passed near by. We asked them if they can help us to warm the food for our 4 y.o. daughter, they just ignored it. Didn't apologize when I brought not used towel with huge brown spots of something at reception (just replaced it). The room price was pretty low, but it doesn't explain mentioned above,
