Situated in Miramar Beach, this attractive house for $850 per night is a great choice for your next break. Summary '20 Sandollar' is a three story vacation rental in Miramar Beach. You will love being located on Scenic Gulf Drive right in the middle of all this beach town’s best features such as a private beach access, bike rentals, shopping, and great dining options! Just a two minute walk on the beach you can find a town-favorite restaurant and bar – Pompano Joe's! This corner unit boasts side windows on the main floor and 4 decks overlooking the pristine gulf with unobstructed views for miles. 🐠 All beach pictures are taken from the decks of 20 Sandollar. No stock photos used! 🐠 Home highlights Two living areas: The upstairs living area has a 55 inch Smart TV with complimentary access to Direct Stream TV, Netflix and Sirius XM radio. A Queen Sleeper sofa and love seat new as of November 2019. Balcony with seating overlooks the beautiful gulf. The downstairs living area can be closed off for privacy (a 4th bedroom). It has a 42 inch TV, HD programming, a DVD player, and a Roku with complimentary access to access to Direct Stream TV, Netflix and Sirius XM radio! Queen Sleeper sofa - new as of June 2020. Kitchen: A fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a coffee pot that can make a pot of coffee or a Keurig single cup. The kitchen has recently been brightened up by the installation of white quartz counter-tops. Bedrooms: You will be pleased to find TVs in each bedroom with Netflix, Hulu Live, Disney + and Sirius XM radio, a private bath for each bedroom, and white linen service for fresh sheets and duvet covers. The master suite offers a king bed, black out drapes, and a beautiful view of the Gulf from a private balcony, as well as a walk-in shower with seamless glass and an in-shower bench in the private bathroom. The balcony is furnished with furniture for relaxing and watching the sun rise and set over the Gulf. The upstairs guest suite offers a queen bed and a twin bed and a private bath. The first level queen bedroom has a kitchenette of its own with a Keurig coffee maker as well as a private bathroom and a balcony with seating overlooking the golf. Outdoor living This corner unit offers guests striking gulf views from inside the home and from any of the home’s four outdoor decks! This townhouse has outdoor seating on all levels, so you can take in the amazing views and really get to know the Emerald Coast More Walk out directly to the beach. Beach chair setup included March through October yearly. (a $225+ tax value) Tents and Canopies ARE ALLOWED on this beach. We ask that you set up behind the chairs. 6 beach towels provided. Luxury Vinyl Plank throughout. No carpet. Grill is provided (New September 2022). We do not provide propane. Use what has been left behind and pay it forward to the next guest by getting a refill if you use it up. Lowe's is 5 minutes away. A local representative is available for your convenience and peace of mind. NOTE...We are following strict guidelines for cleanliness and sanitation. As such, we are following all suggested guidelines and have removed all decorative throw pillows, shams and blankets. We will have blankets, cleaned and sealed in plastic for your safety. ***** HURRICAINE OR STORM POLICY ***** If you are traveling during the Atlantic Hurricane Season, (June1 - November 30) we strongly encourage you to purchase trip insurance. Normal cancellation policies apply. You will receive a refund for the days that the townhouse has been issued evacuation orders.

We had a great time at this property! The pictures were exactly like the house and everything was very clean and easy. A huge bonus to this property was having 3 parking spaces. It was a total game changer! We will be back in the future for sure.

Our family been going to Miramar Beach for years now, and this is hands down the absolute best place to stay. We have 6 adults, 3 kids (6,4, and 4), and an infant with us. Everything we could possibly have needed was at the home, including beach toys for the kids. You don’t need to pack anything except your clothes and groceries! It was immaculately clean as well. The views from the decks and the private beach cannot be beat. It was truly paradise. Teresa was also always available for any questions we had during our stay. We will always continue to stay here. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home with every amenity you could dream of!

We had six adults and two children and everyone had an awesome time! The house was well equipped in the kitchen and all the beach toys and chairs you would need!! The access to the beach was perfect for setting up on the beach and being able to run back up to the house when needed. The owner was very helpful and easy to contact. Can’t wait to go back again!

Our daughter had a change in plans for her wedding due to Covid. We had a beach wedding with immediate family only and the location of this unit was perfect. This was our 2nd stay and we loved it just as much as the first time! Included everything you needed. Tastefully decorated and very clean! We will be back!

Great Location
The location was ideal. Not only was it great to be right on the beach, we loved being able to run over to Pompano Joe's, which has great food and drinks. Also loved being able to walk to beach stores and ice cream. The unit had a great layout and worked well for our family. Also loved the beach chair setup every day. The only issue we seemed to encounter was frequent cold showers. The water heater does not seem to be sufficient to keep up with an entire shower, even a relatively quick one.

We had a great week. The townhouse was clean and beautiful. We could not of had a better location. We enjoyed having the private beach just a few steps away. Looking forward to coming back.

Great week at 20 Sanddollar
We had a great week in Miramar Beach over Memorial Day week at this townhome. We thought the unit was very clean and we had plenty of space for our family of five! The location is great because the beach in that area is only used by these units. So the beach was never crowded. We had plenty of space to play cornhole, throw frisbees and a football, and play bocci ball. The two chairs and umbrella was nice and was out each morning around 7am. We also ordered 3 more and an extra umbrella. Very close to Pompano Joe’s for lunch or dinner. This rental is an end unit. So it has one of the best views. Teresa was also very responsive and easy to get in touch with if needed. I definitely recommend it.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property! The location was great and the view from the deck was breathtaking. The house was immaculate with lots of welcoming amenities, and a well stocked kitchen. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area!

Excellent place and super easy process
We were very happy with this property! No issues at all. Location could not be easier, and it has everything you could need. There was a whole box of sand toys and beach equipment, so you don't need to bring anything. Loved being steps away from the beach so we could pop in & out multiple times per day.
I am sensitive to smells (and an allergy sufferer) and I loved that there were no overpowering fragrances in this place, it also was not musty or dusty at all! Linens seemed very clean. Thanks for that!!

Wish list might be nicer pots/pans and cooking utensils. A few small plastic cups for kids would have been nice too.

We had an amazing time! The townhouse is perfect! Kitchen well stocked, the luxury bath towels a huge plus, beds are comfy and extra blankets for the cool evenings! Plenty of space for everyone! Couldn’t have asked for a more perfect vacation! Thank you for sharing your home with us !

Amazing Rental! Just book it!
This townhome is in the perfect location! The balconies have an amazing view! You cannot get any closer to the beach! The beach was beautiful and the owners supplied extra chairs and beach toys for the kids. We had max capacity and there was plenty of space for everyone. We will definitely be back!

Quiet and relaxing
Nice 3 story home. Right on the end of buildings. Parking is really narrow. If you have large vehicles it might be and issue. But other than that the place was great. Would definitely rent here again!

Unit 20 Sandollar Review
We had a good experience with renting this unit. It was clean when we got there and looked like the pictures they have posted. We had a problem with the cooling unit down stairs not cooling, we sent the owner a message and they called right back and had someone there to fix it with in the hour. It is a great unit on the beach to rent.

Great vacation with family and friends
Great location for an awesome vacation. The only bad thing I can say is that the weather was not to much in our favour but we still had a great time.
The coffee machine kept on blocking up on the pod side. We just cleaned it out. Other than the coffee machine issue, great location and super comfortable condo. Loved it alot.

Loved being on the beach. Several restaurants and shopping near by that were within walking distance. There were 3 couples and this house was very accommodating. It was so nice to begin and end each day on the balcony to listen and watch the ocean. Would definitely recommend this property. My only issue is that 5 star property fees are higher than what we typically have payed in the past for VRBO properties.

Beautiful home on a beautiful beach
This was a beautifully updated home with wonderful views of the beach. The home itself had everything we needed to feel comfortable and relaxed. The "private beach" description was a little off since there is no way of keeping others from setting up right in front of your townhome. The signage is not helpful as it is too far back and facing the wrong direction. This is the only problem we had with the rental.
