The bed was the comfiest bed we have ever slept in, good customer service.
The fact that I had to pay £10 for parking considering id paid £90 for 1 night, the room was too hot and couldn’t turn the heating down below 16 degrees although there was a plug in fan provided.

Nice big clean spacious facilities are good pool gym etc
Not enough sockets in room only two sockets in a big room and had tv plugged in and a kettle so no where to plug fan in,unless unplug kettle,which was at other side of room ,
Room Was very hot as weather was hot at the time and having a room above the pool which I wouldn’t recommend,heats your room up more
No coffee machines down stairs to get a coffee,kettle in room but no Nescafé to make a coffee,pillows were hard as was the bed,vending machines weren’t working so couldn’t buy water or pop,so no coffee no water no pop and it was hot so not the best stay this time
