We had lovely rooms overlooking the lake. Location of the hotel was perfect by the kae and easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. Breakfast had a full range of hot food ordered from a menu and cold continental buffet style. The breakfast room had a lovely view overlooking the lake. It was very nice to recieve complimentary bottled water each day.
The main room door was not very soundproof with noisy guests talking loudly outside and hearing every word spoken. Bathrooms were a little cramped. Had trouble operating the safe. Parking for £25 a day is a bit steep.

Location and building were lovely. Staff resolved any queries quickly. Comfy bedrooms.
Wi-Fi was a bit intermittent. Breakfast menu needs updating regarding accurate allergen information. More seating around the pool would also be a bonus.
