Unbelievable views, spacious room, very clean, staff is really good and professional
The break fast is limited by the fact that its cooked breakfast not an open buffet ( cheese only comes as shredded cheddar and when you ask for it) same goes for the dinner.

Beautiful, quirky hotel. Room furniture was a little worn but really good size room so I guess the worn furniture added to the charm! Not to far from Windermere lake side either, about a 10 minute walk.
Nothing really, we didn't have room service which was fine and not sure if they do top up teas and coffee, empty bins etc so we asked every morning. Wasn't a huge problem to be fair. The location is excellent however it's quite a steep walk back up from the lake side so worth bearing in mind.

Beautiful property in an excellent location. Staff were friendly and welcoming.
Room was dated and impractical - large furniture that was inaccessible because of the bed. Beds weren’t particularly comfortable and there were some stains on lampshade and wall.
