The staff were always friendly and helpful. Ate one evening meal there which was good. Leisure facilities are extensive, with a large swimming pool, hydrotherapy pool, saunas, steam rooms and showers. There is a gym but I did not use it. Nice location by the river but need to walk to end of carpark to access it due to significant flood defences. A lovely riverside walk. Quality furniture in the bedroom and excellent shower.
Breakfast was hit and miss, fridays was good, plenty of choice and kept at a decent temperature. Mix up on Saturday as info said breakfast was open until 10.30am but it stopped at 10am, got there just before 10, not much left and the buffet wasnt topped up. Faster or more coffee machines would help. Its very slow, but allows a chance to chat with other guests while waiting.

Nice property nice staff nice breakfast extra spa facilities with hydro pool everything clean
When room was described as small double I was thinking size of the room but turned out to be size of the bed which was too small really for 2 people.
Breakfast a little disorganised with lack of signage and clearing of tables.
Route to hydro pool is a maze to visitors and needs better signage, I got lost twice.

The location was great and the staff were helpful and friendly. The bed was comfortable and the accommodation was clean.
The room smelled very damp. Breakfast was average at best - soggy hash browns, cooked breakfast components not fresh. Disappointing breakfast. Dreadful view from the breakfast room of barriers and repairs to fence. Courtyard needed weeding. All a little shabby.
