The bed was very comfortable and the linden was crisp and clean
The water in the shower was very weak and shower floor very slippery and especially so for my husband who has mobility issues.

We had a great stay and felt the hotel offered excellent value for money. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and well maintained, and there were plenty of facilities available on site.
The heated pool was a firm favourite with both the adults and kids. There is also a gym and squash court, although we didn’t get a chance to use these during our stay.
Having a restaurant and bar on site was really convenient, especially on the evenings when we didn’t feel like driving into Taupo town. The hotel is only around 10km from town, so everything is still within easy reach.
Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay with great amenities, a convenient location and very reasonable pricing. We would happily stay again.
Although the hotel was very clean and well maintained, the décor and some of the facilities are starting to feel a little dated and could benefit from an upgrade.

The office staff and restaurant staff were very friendly and informative. The restaurant meal was very nice. Very family friendly.
The restaurant didn't take cash. The $299 fee for the night in a very basic and dated double room was not value for money.
