Location, cleanliness , staff attitude
Only thing was that bathroom sink was leaking from base of faucet every time I used it. No big deal. When I told staff they were happy to deal worg it.

Very clean and staff are lovely
The hotel itself is lovely but there’s a busy road right outside so a lot of traffic noise, also not the hotels fault but there was a very loud argument with youngsters outside at 1:30am!! Did disturb our sleep unfortunately 😞

The staff were friendly, the location was decent and I had a view of the tree line which was nice. When I complained about my room they allocated another immediately.
The hotel is quite tired. The decor is dated, the gym was very miserable. It feels like it would have been 4 stars in the 1980s or something. The staff do their best and are excellent. However, having stayed a week at the Hilton just around the corner, the difference was heaven and earth. Keep the cookie on arrival - that was a delicious nice touch.
