I had specified 3 rooms together but had to be very insistent when we were checking in as we were initially given rooms apart ( I only booked on the assurance they would be together) We eventually were allocated 3 together.

Our rooms ( 353-354-355) were up some very steep steps from the lift and no handrail. Obviously not a problem for a young person, but quite dangerous for 80 year olds. One lift out of order , coach party in the hotel so long waits. Need to inspect rooms after cleaners have cleaned them, ran out of milk in room, none arrived despite requests.

Good sized room, quiet surroundings, easy and quick check-in and out.

There was a dirty sock next to my bed when I got the room. The hotel WiFi was unprotected (open), thus inherently insecure. The breakfast was expensive (£14) for the meagre buffet you get.

Beautiful building and generous sized rooms.

The lift was broken and we had to carry our luggage up lots of stairs
