Easy access to Temple Meads Station (as we were doing day trips to Bath and Exeter) and close to Bristol Old City Center for scenery and social activities.
The self service laundry and dryer facilities are great for travellers BUT please arrange for payment to be digital. Crazy in this day and age to go find pound and pence coin change to feed the machine.
Breakfast was very “tired” with little to no fresh options. I recommend offering fewer options and rather do a few “fresh” options.

Good location. Room was a good size, clean with sufficient storage. Bathroom was reasonably sized and clean. Water was hot, bed was comfortable and the bed linen clean.
Toilet flush was a little weak. Parking in front of the hotel was limited, but over-spill parking was available near by.

A few days after leaving the property we received a parking fine from the parking eye company. This was despite us having paid for the parking. The onus was on us to prove payment and we hadn’t received a receipt until we asked for one to prove we had paid! No apology was forthcoming!

The staff were super friendly! Everyone was really kind. Bed was really comfortable, the room size was enough, location worked well for us. Check in and check out was super quick and effortless.
The clean bedsheets had minor stains. We found hair on bathroom ceiling and walls. That was quite unpleasant. The TV remote had a Smart TV option which didn't work.
Breakfast buffet was incredibly disappointing. No fresh vegetables. Juices and coffee machines (beans and milk) weren't being refilled. Only one type of egg available and toaster was for plain toast only (instead for all breads and pastries). For a vegetarian couple such as ourselves the buffet didn't offer a breakfast worth £16 per person.

"The breakfast was good and the staff very friendly and accommodating. Bed comfortable and good facilities. If I was to visit Bristol in the future would stay again."
