Lovely furniture and decor, friendly sophisticated staff, delicious food and drink, very comfortable bed. The warmth and comfort of the place is fabulous. We were visiting on sad family business but Berwick Lodge made it a much easier experience and will be a fantastic base for a visit to Bristol.
The extractor fan for the kitchen is right under the side window in Kappadokia. It is noisy when on, especially when it is switched on in the morning. I reported a leaky shower valve in Kappadokia, which ought to be fixed. When using the handheld shower, which is far more suited to a small shower cubicle, water still drips out of the overhead showerhead. This is a challenging sensation!

Beautiful hotel in a stunning period property. Really cosy and comfortable rooms. Lots of parking and the restaurant and breakfast were outstanding.

A beautiful old house, full of character & warmth. Family run, Zeguma our room was very characterful with far reaching views from the balcony. Great restaurant with lovely staff, everything was just lovely.
Nothing not to like.

The main hotel is beautiful
We stayed in a room located a short distance away from the main hotel. The room itself was OK, but unfortunately, we had no internet access. Also, whenever we turned on the shower, the noise from the water tank was extremely loud, which was quite disruptive.
