Lovely hotel with beautiful grounds. The staff were friendly. Rooms really nice.
Breakfast was amazing.
Our room was really hot all the time. Had 2 fans which helped a little but possibly need better cooling?
Breakfast was fantastic, except for the bacon! So disappointing, chewy and inedible.
Very busy at times with functions, so quite noisy.

Room was spacious and had a courtyard. All the staff are all very friendly and helpful but in particular, Lisa on reception is extremly welcoming which is great especially after a long car journey. The grounds are exceptional.
Bathroom. It's large and has everything you could need but it is tired and should be updated

We have visited West Lodge for many years now, feels like home from home!! The Staff are really helpful and welcoming. Also facilities perfect for inside and outsider games ect

Lovely grounds, friendly staff
Room unbearably hot, would not stay again. Breakfast buffet poorly managed, lots of things empty and very slow to restock ie ten minutes wait for baked beans!
