Location, right in the center of things
Still only 1 lift working, the rooms are functional but looking a bit tired & need a bit of maintenance.
The cleaning needs to be checked before new guests check in. This time there were cigarette filters, hair grips & buttons all in the bathroom.

Late night check in. Friendly person on reception. Comfortable bed.
Room only had 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap. Hadn't noticed checking in as I just wanted to sleep.
Also the 10am check-out is antiquated these days. You don't get out by around 10.20 they're knocking on the door. £10 for extra time but that is still only midday. If it's an inclement day you'll want to chill till at least lunchtime.
